What this is not

Trading-contest pages promise prize pools for beating other traders. We think paying people to outgamble each other is a bad way to build traders. The ladder pays for the boring thing instead: still being here, still executing, months in.

  • Not a contest. There is no leaderboard and nobody to beat.
  • No trading-results criteria. Profit and loss never decide a reward.
  • No deadline. The ladder does not reset; your progress only accrues.
