Terms of Service

LSTrades ("we", "us", "our") is operated by LSTrades Academy, based in Ghana. These terms are a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with them, do not use our services.

Our Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure & Legal Notice are part of these terms.

Everything we publish is educational. Live sessions, trade commentary, signals, indicators, courses, recaps, and community discussion are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner with the SEC, CFTC, or any other regulatory body.

Trading leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. Read the full Risk Disclosure before using anything you learn here.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using LSTrades you confirm both. You are responsible for making sure that using our services and trading the instruments we discuss is lawful where you live.

• Payment. Paid memberships are billed through Whop, our payment provider, under the price and billing period shown at checkout.
• Free trial. Where a trial is offered, a card is required and your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through Whop. There are no contracts. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial billing periods.
• Pricing. A locked founder rate stays at its price for as long as the subscription remains active. Otherwise we may change pricing with notice before your next billing period.

Access to paid channels is tied to the account and email you purchased with. Keeping that access accurate is automated; if your access is ever removed in error, email support@lstradesacademy.com and we will restore it.

All LSTrades content is our intellectual property or licensed to us: live session streams and recordings, the LS Model methodology and indicator, courses, written material, branding, and the design of our products.

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own education. You may not record, re-stream, clip, resell, redistribute, or publicly repost members-only content, share your access with others, or use our content to build a competing product. We may revoke access for violations without refund.

Our Discord and Telegram communities work because members keep them useful. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff.
• Spam, advertise, or solicit other members, including DM solicitation.
• Share, leak, or republish members-only content outside the community.
• Impersonate LSTrades, our staff, or other members.
• Present your own results as ours, or use our name to promote anything we have not approved.

We may warn, mute, remove, or ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without refund for serious or repeated violations.

Our services run on platforms we do not control: Discord, Telegram, Whop, TradingView, YouTube, and others. Their terms apply to your use of their platforms, and outages on their side are outside our control.

We may link to brokers or offer verification through broker partner programs (such as Exness). Choosing a broker, opening an account, and everything that follows is entirely between you and the broker. We do not custody funds, execute trades on your behalf, or guarantee anything about any broker.

Our services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that sessions will run uninterrupted, that signals or indicators will be accurate or timely, or that any strategy will be profitable. Past performance, whether ours or any member's, is not indicative of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSTrades Academy and its officers, employees, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LSTrades Academy from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your trading activity, or your misuse of our content or communities.

You can stop using LSTrades at any time by cancelling your subscription and leaving our communities. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, unless the consumer protection law where you live grants you a non-waivable right to a different venue. Before any formal dispute, contact us at support@lstradesacademy.com; most issues are resolved directly.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. For material changes we will give notice by email or through our community channels; continuing to use LSTrades after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
