Privacy Policy

LSTrades ("we", "us", "our") is a trading education service operated by LSTrades Academy, based in Ghana. We run lstradesacademy.com, the LSTrades Telegram Mini App and bots, and the LSTrades Discord community.

Information you give us. Your email address when you join a waitlist or newsletter, purchase a subscription, or contact support. Your Telegram account details (user ID, username, display name) when you interact with our Telegram bots or Mini App. Your Discord account when you join our server. If you verify a brokerage account through one of our partner links, we receive confirmation data from that broker (such as verification status) but never your brokerage login credentials.

Information collected automatically. Usage and device data through the analytics tools described below: pages visited, referral source, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and how you interact with our pages and the Mini App. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Whop, and never touch our servers.

• Access and entitlements. Granting and managing your access to paid channels, the members Discord, session replays, and the Mini App based on your subscription or verification status.
• Communication. Sending onboarding emails, product updates, and marketing sequences. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out stops that category of email.
• Billing. Matching your purchase to your community accounts so access is applied and removed correctly.
• Product improvement. Understanding which pages and features are used so we can improve them.
• Security and abuse prevention. Detecting duplicate accounts, fraud, and behavior that violates our Terms of Service.

We use a small set of processors to run LSTrades. Each receives only what it needs for its purpose:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside this list except where required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember state between visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics measurement, and most browsers can signal your tracking preference.

The Telegram Mini App records interface interactions (including session replays via PostHog) so we can find and fix usability problems. These recordings are reviewed only for product improvement.

We keep personal information for as long as you have an active relationship with LSTrades (a subscription, community membership, or email opt-in) and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Analytics data is retained on the schedules of the tools listed above. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from the systems we control and instruct our processors to do the same, except where retention is legally required.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction where practical.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@lstradesacademy.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.

We operate globally and our processors store data in various regions, including the United States and the European Union. Where data moves across borders, we rely on our processors' safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

LSTrades is for adults. Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through our community channels before the change takes effect.
